WINDER, Ga. Winder police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with the shooting death of a man at a Mexican restaurant in April. Police Lieutenant Dennis Dorsey says police arrested Yonlenon Roblero on Saturday night and booked him into the Barrow County Jail on a charge of murder.
